Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only ship within Zambia.

2. Exchange Policy
At Factory Africa Zambia, we only offer exchanges and do not provide refunds.
Eligibility for Exchange:
Requests for exchange must be made within 7-15 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are allowed only for:
A different size or color of the same product
Another item of equal value
How to Request an Exchange:

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Once approved, return the item to our designated address.
Exchange Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the exchange is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent by us.
We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Customized or personalized items
Items that are damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
